What sort of people will I be living with?
Is there a limit to the amount of tenants you can put in your properties?
We take care not to overcrowd any properties so as to create as comfortable a flatshare as possible for all our tenants. Depending on the property, the number of tenants can vary from 2 to 5, but we always make sure there is enough space for everyone.
Where is my deposit kept?
We don't ask for a security deposit. We ask for the first and last month's rent upfront, so essentially it is the same amount. Come the last month of your contract, we will get in touch to discuss next steps and if you do decide to leave us your last months rent would have already been paid up. This also helps free up cashflow when looking for a new place as you do not have to wait up to 2 weeks to recieve your deposit.
What is included in the rent?
All of your utilities are included in the rent, from water & gas to council tax and wifi. Fully inclusive.
Who do I call if something needs to be fixed?
We understand things can go wrong from time to time. When you move into one of our flats, you will be added to a whatsapp group with your property manager along with your fellow flatmates. If an issue were to arise, you will just need to get in touch with your dedicated property manager who will be able to help! Alternatively, you can fill out the maintenance request form on our website.
