When we find a property that we think is suitable for our business model - we will look to offer a long term guaranteed rent. This means that rent is paid to the landlord regardless of whether or not the rooms are tenanted.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
We will first arrange a suitable time with you to come and view your property. During this time we will assess the suitability of the property for our business model, as well as welcoming any questions you may have about us. We aim to get an offer to you on the same day. Once we have reached an agreement, we will pay all the necessary move-in monies and sign the contract. It’s as simple as that!
HOW CAN I BE SURE MY PROPERTY WILL BE LOOKED AFTER?

We are committed to keeping the property in tip top condition so that you will receive it back in the same condition as when we moved in. During the duration of our tenancy, we include a cleaning service once a month. They clean all the communal areas and she also keeps us in the loop regarding the state of the property.
