WILL I SIGN A CONTRACT?
All of our tenants sign Assured Shorthold Tenancies or AST for short. These contracts are approved for our business model and outline everything in detail.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL I LIVE WITH?
We understand the need for space and a comfortable living situation, which is why we will not overcrowd the property.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE?
For every flat there will be a dedicated property manager who will be available to help you every step of the way. Should you have a fault, you will just need to get in touch and we will pass it on to our maintenance team who will come sort it out.

What sort of people will I be living with?
We aim to house young professionals between the ages of 20 and 39. We believe the best flatshares are created with a balanced group of males and females of all ages. All our tenants are referenced before they move in to ensure we have the right people for the right flats.
Is there a limit to the amount of tenants you can put in your properties?
We take care not to overcrowd any properties so as to create as comfortable a flatshare as possible for all our tenants. Depending on the property, the number of tenants can vary from 2 to 5, but we always make sure there is enough space for everyone.
What is included in the rent?
All of your utilities are included in the rent, from water & gas to council tax and wifi. Fully inclusive.
