You may have heard of Baker Street as the home of the famous detective Sherlock Holmes who supposedly lived at 221B Baker Street. On the other hand, Baker Street was developed in the 18th century by the builder William Baker, who gave it his name.

Things to:
Baker Street is only minutes away from Europe's busiest shopping street, also known as Oxford Street.
However, you don't have to leave the street to find delicious restaurants and cosy cafes. From Lebanese to Chinese, Japanese to Italian to Greek, you are sure to find something to satisfy your taste buds.
If you're feeling for a healthier option, you can also find what you're looking for at Marylebone Farmers Market. There you can find vegetables and fruits directly sourced from Manor Farm, Perry Court Farm or Riverdale Organic Farm.
There’s a lot of museums around as well: from the Museum of Everything to the Royal Academy of Music Museum and the British Museum.

What sort of people will I be living with?


We aim to house young professionals between the ages of 20 and 39. We believe the best flatshares are created with a balanced group of males and females of all ages. All our tenants are referenced before they move in to ensure we have the right people for the right flats.




Is there a limit to the amount of tenants you can put in your properties?


We take care not to overcrowd any properties so as to create as comfortable a flatshare as possible for all our tenants. Depending on the property, the number of tenants can vary from 2 to 5, but we always make sure there is enough space for everyone.




Where is my deposit kept?


We don't ask for a security deposit. We ask for the first and last month's rent upfront, so essentially it is the same amount. Come the last month of your contract, we will get in touch to discuss next steps and if you do decide to leave us your last months rent would have already been paid up. This also helps free up cashflow when looking for a new place as you do not have to wait up to 2 weeks to recieve your deposit.




What is included in the rent?


All of your utilities are included in the rent, from water & gas to council tax and wifi. Fully inclusive.




Who do I call if something needs to be fixed?


We understand things can go wrong from time to time. When you move into one of our flats, you will be added to a whatsapp group with your property manager along with your fellow flatmates. If an issue were to arise, you will just need to get in touch with your dedicated property manager who will be able to help! Alternatively, you can fill out the maintenance request form on our website.
